New York State Licensed Certified Mental Counselors provide vocational counseling, social rehabilitation, career counseling, work adjustment supervision, job placements, situational assessment, individual and group counseling, tutoring for veterans and their dependents who reside in New York City, Hudson Valley and Albany district of New York State.
Proctoring and tutoring services for students are also provided for the general population.
